"Check-in was almost hostile - staff were distracted, rude, unresponsive and dismissive. The room has air conditioning that barely works, but there is no duvet on the bed anyway, so perhaps it is designed to be hot. It has that 1970s holiday inn vibe. Definitely not 5 stars."
