「Schlechte zimmerservice und reinugung」

「Had an amazing time with my family! ❤️ The staff was wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. It’s an amazing place for both families and adults, especially because they have separate areas dedicated to adults. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend it! ✨」

「Lovely resort hotel. Would definitely recommend. An additional unexpected bonus was the pillow menu. Most hotels don’t offer this and the pillows are usually not comfortable.」

「The room was wonderful with an amazing vue, the staff was nice and very helpfull. All in all, it is an excellent place to stay in Olüdeniz.」

「とてもよいホテルでした。ビーチは目の前、ホテル内にも良いレストランもありますが、近くにはレストラン、バーがたくさんあります。終日ビーチやプールで時を忘れました。」

「It was fine.. thats about it.. just fine. The buffet was OK, and to be honest the only food we ate in the whole town that didn't give us food poisoning. The drink selection was limited, only spirits mixed with juices, nothing like a mojito or anything else interesting. The adult relax pool was the nicest as the main pool was full of loud drinkers, and staff shouting DARTS and VOLLEYBALL to unenthusiastic guests. The room was small, but functional, our balcony got the sun in the afternoon which...

「Staff was very accommodating.」

「Fast alles war super.」

「Room was clean, large and nice balcony. BUT room I was in on the first floor, facing the property restaurant and street was by the corner of the stairs and you can hear constant traffic up and down the stairs. The worst thing was a night bar across the street, music was blasting till 1 am every day, so loud that you can feel the walls vibrated, extremely noisy, drunk people screaming, singing. No rest if you plan to go to bed at 10-11 pm. Absolute horrible experience. We spend 5 nights in this...

「This was a terrific find. Close to the beach bit away from the crowds. The staff, especially Veysel at the bar was incredibly kind and helpful. He and others created a very welcoming experience. I was sad to leave. Great value for the money and a gem of a place.」

「Please dont be fooled into thinking this is a peaceful resort to relax and unwind in.. it's not. Music blaring on the beach from 10am from Billy's Beachbar. When that finishes the hotel starts with its resident DJ who thinks he's in a club and everyone likes to listen to the music he likes. Thumping bass until midnight.」

「Booked the room with the jacuzzi but for some reason after 9pm the water is only lukewarm. Despite flagging this on the second day and being told that it would be fixed the next it wasn't and no reimbursement was offered. Staff were friendly but it's unfair to pay extra for a hot tub and not be able to use it」

「場所は町のはずれの丘の中腹なので、静かで、景色は最高です、 町はずれですが小さい町なので、さほど不便を感じません。 急な坂道は石垣があり、城の中にいるような気持ちになります。」

「The location is really good to the beach. Hotel has a small outside pool. Hotel's restaurant is good for dinner. In breakfast, they said to start from 8:00.But that time was preparation time. As a result, it started almost 8:30.」
