「It’s quite pricey. Our family room was very tight. It was immaculate. The employees are very good. Our breakfast guy, Hasan, was terrific. As gluten free I found no one to help me with desserts. Meats were all “over cooked”. In general the food was plenty but ordinary. For a young family it would be very good. 」

「Die Unterkunft ist Recht alt aber die Suit Zimmer im oberen Bereich sind OK. Das Personal ist überfordert und unprofessionell. Unkoordiniert und unorganisiert. Sauberkeit ist ok aber mittelmaß. Das gute ist man hat uns ein Upgrade kostenlos gegeben weil unsere Zimmer schon ausgebucht waren. 」

Kids club and shows with fantastic entertainement including presentation is a great success with Adem (Master entertainer) and occasional other programmes (Kenian, Mongolian/Chinese) where fun and laughters are guaranteed.」

「Overall I would say the hotel was okay, the pool area is good and there is a bar, pool table and other activities. However the bathroom was needing updating and not the cleanest, we were only told on the third day after asking the only way to get the room cleaned is by leaving they key at reception. The WIFI is terrible. There is also no free shuttle as the description suggests. 」
