Id like to preface this with thanking Mare Staff for Quality Support and Service during our stay. While the Breakfast was wonderful. Staff attentiveness was Great! Location served us well! The room we received was great. Just not what I thought I oreded on Expedia. My only disappointment was I believe I ordered a suite with living room.....sofa/extra bed.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and clean hotel! The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful, arranging my airport shuttle and helping me book some of my activities quickly and smoothly. The restaurant was also amazing. I enjoyed staying at the Cratus Hotel. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Ramazon who helped us arrange ATV and balloon rides upon our arrival. The rooms are nicely appointed with robes, slippers and toiletries. There is a restaurant at the top level and it is recommended that you have dinner there at least one night of your stay. We can’t believe we were so lucky to find this amazing place!!! It has great free parking, easy walk to everything and wasn’t in the crazy, touristy town of Gerome… but minutes away. We spent more time in Orthinsar than anywhere because it was so charming. The breakfast was wonderful… omelets, full spread. The pool is clean and in a great spot for after a long day for a swim in the sun. If we return to Cappadocia, we wouldn’t stay anywhere but the Noble Blue. Ps. Loved the staff, too!!!

Stayed 1 night. The hotel was beautiful and walkable to local bars, shops and restaurants. The check in experience was seamless. My room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious, lots of local bites to try and the breakfast staff was great!!!

It was an excellent family experience! The hosts were very accommodating and went the extra mile always. The owner was super hands on to all the guests, making sure that they were taken cared of. Linens are super fresh! Supplies are fully stocked. Can’t ask for anything else! The place and the facility feels homy and safe. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The whole staff was extremely helpful, professional, and sweet whether it was in regards to scheduling transfer rides, changing a last min flight, and even room service. The hotel itself was very clean and beautiful. This was the most comfortable hotel I stayed in my whole trip. I woukd definitely come back here.

I stayed in Aydinli Cave House for two nights in August 2014. Overall, I found this to be a great little hotel. Aydinli Cave House is in Goreme, the town you're most likely to stay in during your trip to Capadocia. Our room was large and comfortable. It did not have AC, since these 'cave rooms' in theory remain cool in all weather, but I found that AC would have been a great addition. We travel a lot with family across the world. The stay in Hazen Cave was the most unique and satisfying experience for our family. The personalized services, views from the hotel and exceptional cave like interior designing where simply amazing. Balloon ride and the experience at the Hazel Cave hotel made this trip as one of the most memorable trip for for family. Every staff member including manager Gokhan and kitchen guy Husna were just fabulous!
