「とてもキレイなホテルです。 何よりも家族連れの我が家にとっては、室内に洗濯機と乾燥機があるのがとても助かりました。 キッチンもオーブンや電子レンジも揃っていてとても便利でした。 街へはトラムや電車を乗り継いで30分から40分、空港からは空いている時間で20分40～50ドルでした。 ごみが回収されてない日があったのと、バルコニーが汚いのが残念でした。」

「8月23日からDXルームの22階の部屋に7泊しました。 バルコニーから景観、夜景は素晴らしく良かったです。 建物の入口付近に不審者がたまに見かけられたので、特に夜間は気を付ける必要があります。 」

「1Fにバーがあるホテル どちらかというとドミトリーに近い感覚です。 レストランもバーのカウンターという認識の方が正解です。 共同のバス・トイレは男性用のところが少し破損しており 使用できないところもありました。 裏手は自動車販売会社で整備工場が稼働しております。 日中ゆっくり過ごすということをしなかったので その環境が良いかどうかの判断はできませんが バー兼ホテルの従業員の対応は良かったですし 比較的設備もきれい。比較的大きな通り沿いにあるので 夜間も怖いという感覚は無かったです。」

「Attended Formula 1 event . , Accommodation was perfect for us with shops not far away for what we required and restaurant for evening meals 」

「The place is very suited to our needs with 4br and open space and mostly it was quite acceptable. The things that let it down were heat pumps that did not work and were not clean , the bathrooms were tired and showers had mould stains and the grounds need maintenance. That said we enjoyed our stay as the location was excellent for us」

「The studio was a delightful place to stay in the heart of Footscray. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed with a lovely outside shaded space to enjoy the sun. Inge the host was an excellent communicator who responded promptly and helpfully with out queries. Being able to check-in slightly earlier and leave our luggage on the deck until we were ready to leave was great - as was having the station literally just round the corner meaning transport into Melbourne central took no time at all! 「The bedsheets are terribly smelly and we didn’t feel any cleanliness in the bedroom. The mattresses in both rooms are bouncy and totally uncomfortable. My son found a strand of another persons hair on the pillow suggesting that the bedsheets weren’t recently cleaned. The aircon released smelly odours like urine. We requested to have maintenance on the second day in the morning, however after multiple backward and forwards emails we did not come to a resolution. As time passed, our period of stay...
