The location and room were really good and we had a comfortable stay. Additionally the gym and laundry facilities are really handy. The cafe / restaurant next door was also really convenient for food. The only detractor for me is the balcony doesn’t feel very inviting as it has metal bars, which is understandable for safety.

Front desk staff are immensely pleasant and helpful. Room is clean, modern and I love a hotel with windows that open. Location is great. Lovely third party cafe on ground level. Light on extra amenities - which I have no need for.

Balcony view was nice. Room was on level 9. Can let fresh air in, if required. Bed was spacious and comfortable. A/C system was very cold, which was nice, but also very loud even on fan speed one. Overall enjoyed my stay, would say again.

Beautiful, big rooms with great views but could hear the city through the closed windows. Comfortable bed and an okay location (not super close to public transportation to/from the airport). Friendly staff.

The location is great, very central and easy to get around and lots of great places to eat close by. Also very close to theatres. The daily servicing of the room was poor, bed was roughly piled up and tucked in, clean towels just placed in a pile on the shelf in the bathroom. The bathroom also didn’t have anywhere to hang up wet towels, just a hook off the back of the door where they wouldn’t dry. There was mould in the shower which was also off putting.
