「The entrance was a little bit confusing because the Reception is situated on up floor (7th?!). However, it’s not a matter to give a negative score at all. Room, facilities, breakfast and staffs are superb. Actually I had a trouble on the bill. But it was quickly solved in very sincere manner. Thank you very much. 」

That said, simply toggling the Wi-Fi on and off on my laptop usually restored the connection, so it wouldn’t be a major issue unless you need a stable connection for online meetings. Also, the refrigerator was a bit too cold, and the sparkling water I stored inside ended up freezing. It might have been possible to adjust the temperature, but it wasn’t immediately obvious. I could have asked the front desk, but it wasn’t a significant inconvenience."
