「It was an amazing view of the ocean from the deck. Access to the beach was a simple 3 minute walk from the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you're planning to stay in Newport and you're looking for an amazing view of the ocean with quick beach access!」

「This property is a bargain considering the location. Being right on the beach was such a treat. The folks working the front desk were very friendly and helpful. It is unfortunate that they did not offer any non-dairy milk.」

「It was a great trip … the room was comfortable and clean. It would have been nice to have soap in the bathroom. Other than that, it was lovely! The bed was super comfortable! We stayed in Courtyard 31… I’d most definitely stay again! It was nice to have the kitchen to cook dinner and enjoy watching tv before crashing for the night! Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when we couldn’t get the tv to work … very simple problem they fixed right away! 」

「The staff was friendly not just with myself, but the interactions with all the other guests I witnessed a was positive as well. Stayed 4 nights and the breakfast was good every morning. Pool and other amenities were open and available as expected. A few blocks from nye beach was convenient and within a mile of the hotel was walmart and Fredmeyers. The photos were from just outside of my room.」
