「They forgot for housekeeping. When I check out, I asked to keep my luggage, but they did not store, they just left at reception desk where i put as it is. No one took care, and I was lucky it was not stolen. Terrible and unbelievable.」

「I booked this for a short one night stay on a budget. The property is not up to modern standards but as long as you are not fussy is ok. The owners are a lovely, helpful couple. Unfortunately it is next to a pub and on a Friday night there was loud, live music and there were still people out on the main street being noisy. Luckily I had some ear plugs with me.」

「I stayed here for one night with my partner we had a double room very clean with a good bed .On arrival staff very friendly&helpful we went for a friends party and reception advised us how to get there really good top location on the seafront, bar well stocked had a drink in afternoon and night staff great definately stay again a little gem .」

「Nice hotel, friendly staff. Dinner was good quality pub-grub and breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and very smart decor. Was a bit hot at night so perhaps air-con would have been nice, although there was a fan thankfully! Be aware that there is no car park at the hotel, although we got parked fine on the unrestricted side streets. Overall, nice hotel, would recommend.」

「Clean room but uncomfortably hot, noisy outside and hot air blowing in from gym aircon below. Bathroom even hotter. Bad sleep each night and staff were very polite but unable to help at all. Would not stay here again.」

「Great little last minute trip on a hot day and thoroughly enjoyed it and the hotel was clean and welcoming, especially the Scottish lady on reception who was such a lovely welcoming person. Hotel was, clean and had everything we needed.」

「とてもスタッフの対応が明るく良かったです。 パブレストラン併設で、綺麗なフロントです。 部屋はやや古めでしたが、綺麗です。 残念なのは「ランドリー」とあったのですが、設備はありません。 連泊の場合のみ、業者に依頼してできるようでした。 少し外にでて、運河の横のトレイルを歩くと、とても気持ちがいい風景が広がっています。」

「Really good value hotel experience. I had a sea view from my room. I also really appreciated the continental breakfast inclusive of the price. I wasn't expecting it. Not all cheaper hotels are good, but this one is. Simple, great value and a lovely experience.」

「We had a lovely stay here and were very pleased with the overall experience, great central location, clean and helpful staff and a nice breakfast included to top it all off! I stay again next time I visit my family.」
