「Hot water in room didnt work, tv didnt work, nobody answered the phone and the room smelled like cigarette smoke」

「朝食がいろいろ選べて良かった」

「Staff extremely friendly Did not replace our coffee in our room or empty trash every day Loved the shower!」

「The staff were attentive to my needs. The hot tub wasn’t clean. They are newly renovated but it wasn’t worth the price.」

「Clean. Nice staff. Great location」

「The rooms on the first floor wasn’t cleaned well. I had to get another room.」

「It was nasty the front desk worker was rude and disrespectful the room was nasty no remote the beds were awful the bathroom was nasty there was trash in front of the door I was very upset」

「This is one of the best hotels I’ve been to in Merrillville. I used to stay in Merrillville when I’d come home to visit Gary. The quality of a lot of the other hotels in the area made me choose other areas like Portage or Hammond, but this hotel will definitely be a viable option if I choose not to commute further. Clean property, dope room. Very spacious. My only complaint is that the remote was not compatible with the television so I couldn’t use it.」

「Convenient location and close to restaurants. Televisions didn’t work in any of our 3 rooms.」
