「I've always loved the Ameristar Casino hotel rooms. They offer smoking/they have an iron and board in room/fridge in room {although I understand why the microwaves were removed long ago}/the bathroom especially. Separate toilet room full bathtub and separate shower! It's the cost that's hinder my stays. This happened to be a Family member Funeral Service in Chicago and the family had a 10 room block. I could NEVER get that rate in St. Charles.($145 nightly Thurs - Mon + resort fees only...

「My stay was amazing. Everyone was so happy and cheery. Affordable. Clean and well kept up. They ran out of soap for the soap dispenser next to the sink so we had to use bar soap or body wash. Shout out to Kira and Annette! Kira at the fornt desk was so friendly and helpful, and breakfast helper Annette kept everything stocked. Annete was also very cheery, happy, and positive.」

「We had to wait a long time to get into the pool because the receptionist had to let you in and then they charged you a $50 fee for deposit that you could not pay cash. You had to pay your card and then it doesn’t get released for like five days」

「Staff was excellent. Very, very helpful and courteous! Hotel was clean and easy to get to. Breakfast options were small but had everything you need to get going in the morning. Overall a great stay. Would come back for sure!」

「I've stayed at this hotel before. I had no problems checking in. Able to use digital key. Breakfast is included and it's reasonable. The hotel is near highway entrance. Targets, Walgreens, Jewell stores are nearby. Plenty of near restaurants to choose from.」

「Loved this hotel, we got the executive suite for a night and it was wonderful. There was a fireworks display from downtown that we watched from the parking lot. Nice fitness facilities and enjoyed the pool too. Overall we would stay again. 」
