"The hotel was over all great, the only downside was that the hot tub was out of order for both nights of my stay which was one of the biggest reasons I booked the hotel. Other than that location was great and view from my room was amazing."

"Very close to Michigan Avenue and shopping areas. Valet parking garage is a couple blocks away - not ideal. We wanted to get stuff out of our cars and it wasn’t handled the best. Rooms very nice. All staff were great, helpful and friendly. Would stay here again. "
