She wasn’t willing to help with anything. I spent about 2 hours on the phone with 4 different people at Expedia before getting the room payment refunded. The place was very sketchy as was the lady running it. "

"Room was somewhat clean, but I always wipe it down myself and there was a lot of residue & untouched dirt. The shower hadn’t been cleaned at all. The building halls smell “old” and like cigarette smoke. Rooms are “newly remodeled,” but you can tell they cut a few corners."

"Room had a dirty used towel still hanging on the shower curtain rod. Dirty shoe prints on the floor. Ottoman was a completely different color on top from weird stains. "Spicy" stains everywhere.. like the curtains, headboard, other furniture. If you're just looking for a cheap room for the night it's good"
