I had already let the manager know my concerns. The light around the mirror in the bathroom did not light up all the way. I told the front staff and he didn’t believe me. He kept trying to tell me what to do. I told him that I did that and the light is not coming on brightly. The sink facet in the bathroom did not stay on. I had to prop it up with a towel.

The rooms were clean but the bathroom lights did not work well… very dim lighting. Staff were not friendly other that Keisha she was amazing and very sweet as we had to leave before the breakfast open due to a gymnastic competition she opened the door and let me daughters eat early. The elevator had popcorn crumbs everywhere for the night and day we were there. The pool was supposed to be heated and it was an ice cube. Just overall very disappointed in our stay. Will not be staying there again!

The room we had was a suite. The couch was missing its back cushions and instead had two small roll throw pillows that weren’t even the length of more than half of the couch. The chair was so stained it was disgusting! Good in the crevices! The king size bed was very hard and uncomfortable!! The heat in the room was set at 62! The smell of pot was thick all over the place. People were letting kids run up and down the hall. They were in the hall loudly talking and laughing right by the doors. We picked this hotel because we were spending our last night with our grandson who lives in IN as we live in WI, and we wanted to enjoy our last night by taking him swimming. The pool was so cold it was impossible for me to even put more than my feet in! The stone around the pool was cold to where my feet felt uncomfortably cold! The air in the pool room was even COLD!!! We didn’t get to take our grandson swimming! This place is run by people who want to be as cheap as possible! They don’t care about the comfort! The young girls working were kind and did contact the “manager?” And he used the excuse that he had to clean the pool earlier and it takes so long to heat the water. The room would have NOT been so cold if the pool had been warm at some point!!!!! This was one of the worst experiences and hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Oh yeah, the bathroom faucet wouldn’t stay on. I had to fold a wash cloth and put it under the handle to keep it propped up so we could use it! Don’t go there!

The amenities wre satisfactory, staff were great other that housekeeping knocking once and then opening the door around 10 something qhen check out is 12:00 noon. The price was excellent for the accommodations that we had. I would recommend this hotel for ahort stays.

Everytime i come to to indiana i stay here. This time it was great untill a water pipe busted and we was out of water all day. It was the city problem. I just hated i had to spend over 50 bucks on jugs of water. Which i think the hotel should have done. But other then that, hotel is a great plaxw to stay.

When I went to the room the door was pooped open by the security latch. There were people all over the hotel who could easily just walk into the room since it was not locked. I entered the room and immediately noticed two puddles of water on the floor of the main room. The door to the room wouldn't close properly or lock. I went back to the desk and requested another room. I explained the reasons and the gentleman said nothing other than "here's your new room number". I went to the new room and was again disappointed in cleanliness and the overall room. The TV had some satellite service that said "not available at this time, check back later." What channels did work were limited and confusing. The toilet and sink had hairs and dirt on them. The shampoo container mounted in the shower was empty. And dirty. The refrigerator was smelly and dirty as was the microwave. The refrigerator was literally sitting on a padded bench, not a table or stand but a padded bench. The mattress was old, uncomfortable and sank in at the foot of the bed. You literally could not sit on the end of the bed. It sank down. I went around to several other hotels to try and find somewhere else to stay. Unfortunately I paid through Expedia and was not able to get a refund for this booking. There was not much availability and what was available was outside of my price range. I was genuinely concerned fot the safety of my car and property inside. To be safe I completely emptied it out both nights I was there.
