Unfortunately, this hotel is under construction and it does NOT state this on their website. Had we known, we would have chosen a different place to stay. The bar was not open and there was plastic draping all the areas of Construction. Very disappointing. Good customer service is let your customers know of the construction going on before booking so we can decide if it would matter to us.

We spent over four hours traveling to the hotel through a snowstorm and arrived close to midnight. We noticed that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, including the lobby that initially caught our attention on the website. I completely understand that renovations are sometimes necessary. However, after such a long and tiring journey, it was a bit difficult to be woken up around 7 a.m. due to noise from a lock being replaced in a nearby room. I just wanted to share this as feedback, as rest was especially important for us after the trip

I was surprised by the construction of the lobby area. Had to drive around the back of the hotel to check in.They did have plastic blocking off the area, but it was still loud. Good news they didn’t seem to work on the weekend, at least the hours I was there. Would’ve been nice to get an email from the hotel in advance letting me know of the construction before arrival.

We were not advised the hotel is under construction It was loud, the main entrance was closed the lobby looked like a 2 star hotel. We should have paid a lot less for the condition of the hotel. Parking lot was not cleared of snow. People were smoking in front of the temporary main entrance so you could not avoid the stench and smoke. Really felt like a dump
