"The elevator was not working! We were put on the third floor after asking for the first floor. If it were not for a maintenance employee walking by and offering to move all of our stuff up the stairs, it would have been a very bad experience. We did have to carry it down the next day and that was dangerous and painful."

"We arrived August 14, 2026. We were assigned a room, we went up to our room and it was dirty. Came back downstairs the lady at the desk said that they were sold out. There were no available rooms. She was there by herself housekeeping had left and she would have to clean the room herself. I suggested she talk to a manager and possibly give us a room that was ready for someone who has not arrived yet. That’s exactly what she did. She was very apologetic and very helpful. I appreciated that we were giving a new room quickly. The room we were given was fantastic. A huge suite that was modern clean and beyond our expectations. It was room 222. I appreciated how helpful she was in a very stressful and unfortunate situation."
