It was VERY DIRTY. Moved the chair and found dirty socks under it. Bedspread had holes in it from cigarette burns, let it be known we had a non smoking room. Staff was rude. Never said hello or have a good day. I have a service dog with papers and they still charged me for my service dog. Never again will we stay there.

Bad service

The hotel was overbooked and didn’t even notify me until I get there also was nobody to help me no one was there to assist me front desk was closed …..thanks to the agent online make a great assistant!

The room was filthy, the mattress and the mattress protector was stained. I asked for another mattress protector 3 times and was told that they didn’t have any. The front desk lady was very rude and not concerned about anything. The floors were dirty. I had to go and buy my own cleaning supplies to clean the room. I will never stay here again.

Great stay

The only negative thing I could say was that the refrigerator seemed to not get cold enough even though I turned it to the maximum for coldness.

Beds were horrible, pillows were horrible. There was no front desk staff after 11:00 pm or before 10:00am. Only got two towels, when we had four people in the room.

I could not check in because this hotel rudely explained upon my arrival that they were “overbooked”, therefore I was sent away and so were five other people was explained by the manager who is on the phone instead of the desk, even though it says that there should be there until 10 pm at the desk. I saw some of the other guests trying to resolve the same issue and they were very upset. As I called the manager to speak with him, he ignored my explanations and hung up on me. I called Expedia and Expedia helped me with finding another hotel.

The staff was kind and great and accommodating. The towels and wash cloths for my room were dirty. Even after I was given another room because of the uncleanliness of the first, there were still some issues. After I left, I was told by another patron that what I saw in my room was confirmed in her room as evidence of bed bugs. I was lucky this time, I would not book again.

Interesting place a kitchen but no coffee pot and not even a glass. No kitchen wear at all. 2 bath towels and wash clothes. No hair dryer or hand towels. No coffee even In lobby. No one on duty in the morning to take keys. Never been in a place like this.

The room was not clean. The towels was just throw on the rack and not folded. The tv didn’t work until we got ready to check out the next morning. Tried call the number they have for emergency and never got an answer. I called 5 times.The door looked like somebody kicked it in. The whole stay was very bad and will never visit again.

My stay at the hotel

It was very clean and quiet and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable the only thing i didn’t like is that they don’t provide forks or spoons or pots or dishes in the room but they have a microwave and refrigerator and stove top for you to cook on but I’m from the north west suburban area and our rooms with stove tops comes with pots and dishes and spoons and forks so I was talking back about that so I had to go out and provide my own cook wear and spoons and forks and plates so that me and my husband cook eat the food that I brought to cook for us so be aware if you’ll are planning to stay there and cook make sure you’ll bring you’ll own pots and stuff you will need to cook like if you was at home and also you would need dish soap to wash the pots and stuff and kitchen towel or sponge to clean your dishes and stuff but the do provide a clothes basket to use to take your clothes to wash and bring your clothes back to the room and they do provide hangers and the area is nice and there’s store and a mall near by just incase you need clothes or food or snacks or pots and pans and stuff there a Walmart and a dollar tree and Ross and stuff like that and restaurant like bob evans and Popeyes and red lobster and longhorn and outback steak house

The staff at this hotel has absolutely no idea what they’re doing. We had numerous issues, in particular with the booking and accommodation. We were charged twice for the same stay once by Expedia and then again by the hotel staff at check-in. Even after showing a receipt and proof of payment. When we came to check in, we were told to come back in 15 minutes because said person was “busy at the moment”…. I had to sit in the dark parking lot and wait to be checked in. Had to argue with management to get refunded. There’s multiple groups of people that hang out in the parking lot at night drinking and smoking. The hotel itself is not bad, but the management is horrible.
