「I visited Southern Palms Beach Resort for 2 nights with my wife after a 5-day safari. It took only 10-15 minutes from Ukunda (Diani) Airport. I saw a Carrefour on the way to the hotel. The beach was beautiful, and the staff were all very kind. The pool was also clean and spacious, with plenty of beach chairs both by the pool and on the beach. All food and drinks were included in the all-inclusive plan, and there were several restaurants and bars available, some of which were open 24 hours. The...

「Had the most amazing time. Had a sea view room, it was spacious and clean. The restaurant served delicious food. The grounds were well maintained within the complex. The garden in front of our room was beautiful, sat there looking at the amazing sea view. The staff were very welcoming and made our experience at the Nomad beach resort unforgettable. We left with the best memories. Highly recommended!」

「So disappointed in the service here. Staff were not well trained - did not listen - were unwilling to assist. Our room was not made up daily - even though we asked. Food was sparse and was not anywhere close to what was expected based on our research. The fact that we had to pay for our food when we used room service - was insane. This is an All Inclusive after all. Would NOT recommend」

「The rooms were clean and well stocked with tiny soap, lotion, shampoo and water bottles. Mosquito net looked cute and not over bearing. Stylish actually. The meals were relatively nice and fresh. No upset tummies at all. Wish they served African snacks during tea time, e.g. mahamri and sweet potato. The staff were helpful and always pleasant. Discovered the massage amenities almost too late. Very reasonable and the ladies were nice and gentle, as we wanted. Not a great space for people who...

「We enjoyed so much.」

「Was lovely and friendly hotel」

「It’s high quality accommodation in a beautiful garden in Diani. Rooms are very large, both bedroom and bathroom. Also a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens. Very handy, walkable, to the amazing beach. Short Tuk-Tuk ride to the supermarket and restaurants. The pool is dreamy, water sparkling clean and warm. Breakfast is a real treat, the evening meal (if ordered) a bit of a disappointment. We will be back.」

「The hotel is located in a very nice location in Diani Beach. The beach is very clean and well maintained. There were activities every night. The rooms were large and clean with all amenities. Staff were excellent and the food (all inclusive) was superb. I would stay there again on my next visit.」

「Serene, quiet, lovely beach view. The staff is super helpful and friendly, room was clean and the air conditioning was great. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the food so flavorful and fresh. The seafood platter is a must try. I enjoyed my short stay.」
