「aircon was not working. moved room 2 times during my 10 days stay because of aircon. 」

「The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were spotlessly clean and the pool was a lovely temperature. We did have a couple of ‘niggles’ whereby upon checkin there was an old bed-frame and mattress outside our room which we had to ask to be moved. It also wasn’t made clear that there would be building work going on at the hotel when we booked. This was very close to the pool area which meant there was constant building related noise from around 8am until 6pm. It wasn’t a massive problem...

「VIP会員なのに何も特典がなかったのが非常に残念。エクスペディアを利用してる意味が感じられない。」

「Staff was the highlight of the stay - super friendly and helpful. Room is dated already, not much amenity (had to ask for hair dryer every time needed to use). Same chain as Boxo so sometimes Boxo guests sneaked in and used the pool which was not very nice. An ok stay, bit less quality than the price paid」

「Very nice hotel, good service and very clean, recommend」

「The room facility was very old.」

「I booked a deluxe twin room but was given a standard double room.」

「We enjoyed so much.」

「So disappointed in the service here. Staff were not well trained - did not listen - were unwilling to assist. Our room was not made up daily - even though we asked. Food was sparse and was not anywhere close to what was expected based on our research. The fact that we had to pay for our food when we used room service - was insane. This is an All Inclusive after all. Would NOT recommend」

「Clean, quiet, safe, spacious room, convenient location and great staff.」

「Een aanrader! Zeer tevreden!」

「It’s high quality accommodation in a beautiful garden in Diani. Rooms are very large, both bedroom and bathroom. Also a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens. Very handy, walkable, to the amazing beach. Short Tuk-Tuk ride to the supermarket and restaurants. The pool is dreamy, water sparkling clean and warm. Breakfast is a real treat, the evening meal (if ordered) a bit of a disappointment. We will be back.」
