ディアニ ビーチの四つ星ホテル

「Was lovely and friendly hotel」

「We enjoyed so much.」

「So disappointed in the service here. Staff were not well trained - did not listen - were unwilling to assist. Our room was not made up daily - even though we asked. Food was sparse and was not anywhere close to what was expected based on our research. The fact that we had to pay for our food when we used room service - was insane. This is an All Inclusive after all. Would NOT recommend」

「Clean, quiet, safe, spacious room, convenient location and great staff.」

「Een aanrader! Zeer tevreden!」

「It’s high quality accommodation in a beautiful garden in Diani. Rooms are very large, both bedroom and bathroom. Also a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens. Very handy, walkable, to the amazing beach. Short Tuk-Tuk ride to the supermarket and restaurants. The pool is dreamy, water sparkling clean and warm. Breakfast is a real treat, the evening meal (if ordered) a bit of a disappointment. We will be back.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Pinewood Resort & Spa, which fitted our requirements perfectly in not being too large but offering everything that we were looking for - pool, gym, spa, beach, multiple restaurants. One of our party was a vegetarian and there could have been more choice for her. We had booked on an all inclusive package, which was convenient as none of us are large drinkers, but being limited to house wine and having to pay the full cost for cocktails, rather than a small surcharge,...

「The apartment was ok except for water outages. However the apartment block 」

「The hotel is located in a very nice location in Diani Beach. The beach is very clean and well maintained. There were activities every night. The rooms were large and clean with all amenities. Staff were excellent and the food (all inclusive) was superb. I would stay there again on my next visit.」

「I liked the activities for kids the table tennis, pool and also the night shows included fun activities for little kids that was a bonus for me」

「All good.😊」

「Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold.」
