「We had a pleasant quiet experience here. The room was very clean. The amenities were excellent given the price point. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices.」

「Staff was welcoming and pleasant. The environment was quiet so I got the sleep I needed. Parking was plentiful. The building is old, much in need of updating. My room was as clean as possible given its age. The bathroom tile and grout were permanently discolored. The toilet was shaky on its base.」

「I am still waiting for refund from issues. There was no manager on site on Sunday July 5th and I was told I would hear from the manager 2 days ago on Monday July 6th. We paid via Expedia and the hotel will need to refund us through Expedia (and arrange with Expedia). The AC did not work - we tried re-setting it as instructed and it remained at 81-82 degrees and musty. Photos taken. Sink was clogged upon arrival and did not drain - could not properly even brush teeth. Shower gurgled...

「There was mold in the in the walls and the bathroom was never cleaned by the looks of it on top off that no clean sheet so I has got get out of there and fast I was to tired to argue」

「This place is fine for a quick overnight stay, then gone the next day. There are items in the room that need attention (baseboards, toilet roll roller, etc), just to name a few.」

「I've been a frequent customer and have stayed here 20+ times; however, due to recent price increase by the owner, it will be my last resort. If upgrades had been made I could understand the increase but it hasn't. This is a bare minimum motel that wants to charge hotel prices. The price does not reflect the conditions and when I told Mr.Patel it was cheaper for me to book online, the online prices suddenly increased.」

「Let me start off with the staff a gentleman help me because I just needed to stay somewhere quick I went through my Expedia and I got a third-° from a worker and then he knew I was handicapped and he still didn’t give me a room next to the handicap spot if you check in and think you’re gonna use the pool, they close it at seven although since the room wasn’t very good, the beds were lopsided the desk and where the TV in the microwave were sticky. 「Check-in itself was quick and straightforward, but the staff weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming — not rude, just not warm. The room was hot when we walked in, which made it feel like it hadn’t been properly prepped for our arrival. On the plus side, the A/C was powerful and cooled the room down fast. Unfortunately, cleanliness was the bigger issue. The linens didn’t feel clean, and the bathroom had noticeable substances on the door and walls that should have been caught before...

「Mold everywhere, on the ceiling, under the mattress, condom boxes laying around, food stuck to the wall in the rooms. And this was two different rooms that I checked out and ended up getting a refund instead of staying here. The health department should shut this place down.」
