「The hotel was very clean however the fridge was not working well and there was no handsoap in the bathroom. It seemed there was only one person at front desk for help. We had to go downstairs to get soap as no one answered the phone.」

「We had a problem when we first got there. Our key card would not work and we were fighting with the door for about 10 mins. Boyfriend went to go get another key and I see a woman peeking out from behind the curtain in the window. I asked her if she was staying in that room and she came to the door and we spoke. Felt terrible because we woke her. Boyfriend comes back around the corner with the original key card and the person behind the desk only to find out that yes that room was already given...

「Old property showing its age. My “suite” had water damaged walls in the bathroom and dirty carpet. Payed more for a suite, which had nothing extra except a fold up loveseat jammed into a corner. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had heated food, which was okay. Bed was comfortable but just a couple of feet from the HVAC unit, which interfered with my sleep. I would seek an alternative if I were staying in the area again.」

The room was painted by amateurs, and the furniture was dated. The towels were worn, and one of the wash cloths had a hair in it, so off to WM we go. 「I was very pleased with the room and the size of it. Plenty of room to move around. The guest closet was the best, we needed more conditioner. This closet is stocked with anything you need that you may have forgotten. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Beaufort.」
