Contacted them prior to arriving and they made a point to say this was addressed and someone would go make sure everything chexkout out before we arrived. While I appreciate this attemp it was not resolved. We got a message asking if everything was good after arriving. 「We loved the layout of 3 bedroom apartment and it was beautifully decorated. I like that the parking was secured and each resident had assigned parking which is included in the rental rate. The only concern that we had is that the centralized trash dump was not picked up and emptied in timely manner . Also, we had some issues in securing the front door lock. 「Loved the stay. The unit was super clean and just beautiful. The location was perfect. absolutely. The only complaint is that the electronic door lock was very difficult to lock. unlocked just fine.」

「Check in was relatively easy. The location was excellent. The concept is good. Room was a little banged up, shower door didn’t close, closet doors hanging by a thread. Saturday night was totally crazy noisy with loud car stereos, engine revving etc. windows not sound proof? On top of it all hide a bed didnt work. Had to sleep on couch. Parking kind of a nightmare.」
