The location was absolutely perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better area. Every kind of restaurant at every price point, coffee shops, clothing and jewelry stores, souvenir shops, bars, museums, entertainment ...everything is in walking distance! There's even a CVS directly across the street. The room was spacious and clean. Aside from the noise from the street, it was very quiet. The kitchen was well equipped, although I didn't really need much. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were so nice. There is no parking, but you turn left out of the building and go down the alley & there's a parking garage. From 8pm Sunday - 10am Tuesday my car didn't move and it was $25 even, much less than I expected. I came with my dog and the pet fee was very reasonable. Aside from my door code not working and having to get a key from the lockbox, check in was very easy and communication with the host company was very efficient through text. I would definitely recommend Kasa Altmayer to friends and family.

The property was centrally located to everything that we wanted to see. Parked in one of the garages for two days the cost was about $30 for two days which was wonderful. The property was clean and quiet for sleeping bed very comfortable would’ve like a real coffee pot, but it worked would definitely stay here again.

Very cute, clean, secure in a Great area, very walkable to all the sites in the historic and river districts. No onsite parking but the city parking garage was very close (And reasonably priced).

The studio is located at the center of everything. It is close to lots of restaurants and shopping area and about 8 walkable minutes of the pier. It has a queen bed and a sofa bed but my daughter chose to sleep on the sofa and not on its bed because it was pretty uncomfortable. The bathroom size is nice but it could use some painting. I couldn’t make coffee because I couldn’t find a coffee maker but it has an electric tea pot, a toaster, pans, plates, dinnerware, utensils. It would be nice if they can manage to have a coffee maker because not everyone likes tea. We had a problem with the Roku remote control and they sent someone to bring a new one the very next day. Every now and then I received text messages asking if everything was alright with our stay. The building was quiet; we slept pretty well. I recommend this place and would stay in it again.

As soon as we walked in we were satisfied. The kitchen is stocked and ready, all you need are your groceries. There's a washer and dryer in the unit, along with some laundry pods. Dishwasher with pods. Everything we needed for our week stay.

It was clean, had everything needed for a short or long-term stay and convenient to everything in historic downtown Savannah. Safe and secured entry with options for eating and entertainment within walking distance.

Unit was overall as pictured and was nicely located and equipped. Furnishings were comfortable and there were nice extras like a fan, coffee/tea, and a sound machine, all of which came in handy! The unit could use some maintenance work, however, as its showing some wear. Quite a few scuffed walls and areas of mildewy caulk in the bathroom.

Apartment had the best location, walk everywhere, no need for a car at all. We used Uber to go to Tybee Island. Apartment was clean. They provided only one trash bag and we were there for a full week (Saturday to Saturday). It is right across the street from CVS Pharmacy so you can pick things up there. It did not impact our stay or thoughts of the place. Areas I would recommend for improvement is there is wasted space in the bedroom. A small dresser would be nice to store clothes you don't hang up. Any type of storage would be helpful and go a long way. Also, there is an open wall in the bathroom where a small storage vanity or even a table could go to store toiletries. The silverware and cooking utensils are just thrown on a shelf above the sink. You must bring all down to find a spoon, fork, knife, etc. A simple basket or stand up on the counter would be great. All of these things are minor and we would stay here again. I highly recommend.
