「Outside is dated but inside rooms were clean and updated 」

「BW travel account member. Asked for room on top floor was told my booking didn't allow any change. Funny, never had problem other BW's. Breakfast was as expected as we mostly stay at BW when we travel. Two negatives-1) The bacon, or what I think was bacon. When attempting to pick up bacon it literally crumbled. My wife thinks bacon was fried. Crispy but... Additionally, PLEASE GET A COFFEE MACHINE THAT MAKES COFFEE not dishwater wanna be coffee! Lastly, get those dog owners to keep their dogs...

「There was so much filth that the room stank. After seeing evidence of bedbugs we left. We tried to get a refund for our stay and the person at the desk hung up on us!! DO NOT STAY HERE!」

「It wasn’t nothing like the pictures, it was really nasty like they didn’t clean the room thank goodness we brought our own sheets and blankets, the bathroom was really dirty and the floors wasn’t mop or vacuum I’m disappointed of Expedia that didn’t let me cancel that reservation I reserved for 2 nights ended up staying only 1 of the bad it was 」

「Breakfast was ok. Nothing remarkable. Very poor location for food options. McD’s or Wendy’s basically or something from the gas station. 」

「Worst stay at this property ever. My booked room was not honored; did not get a room until half an hour later; malfunctioned TV, microwave, and poor internet signal were deadly. But a hot water bath, a comfortable bed, and quiet air conditioning gave me a very comfortable long sleep such that I had plenty of energy to continue my trip next day.」

「Hotel was overbooked and our suite reservation was changed to adjoining rooms, which was not a problem for us. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「If I could give 0 starts I would. Upon arrival the lady at the reception claimed I booked a smoker room and the charged me $20 extra for a non smoker, funny enough there was a person smoking cigarettes all night in front of our room and we had to deal with second hand smoking. Air condition smelled horrible and everything was filthy. Would NEVER stay again」
