「Wondering experience to stay at the great hotel. Staffs are all sophisticated, friendly and kind. I stayed one night at the cottage suite room near the gate. The upper floor is the living room with panoramic view and the lower level is the bathroom and the bedroom. L’OCCITANE amenity set in the bathroom is good and NESPRESSO coffee settled in the living room is my favorite. 4 kinds of flavored tea bags and decaf coffee packs are also prepared with Christmas biscuits. 「Business trip for one night. Room was comfortable, breakfast was great. However, the best part was when I desperately needed to work and print some documents ready for a presentation, I was having a terrible time getting everything to work. Member of staff on duty Patricia looked after me amazingly, coffee, helped me find cable etc....above and beyond, excellent service, thank you Patricia for turning a bad day into a better one !」
