「I stay here every time I am in town. (The room wasn’t cleaned properly. Debris on floor in bathroom and entry door way. Shower curtain was dirty on bottom and black substance on top wear rod is inserted.) those were the only issues. Still one of my favorite stays in Gloucester」

「Interior of cabin was nice. Lost power 2x in 2 days, once was for 6hrs. 1 window A/C unit for entire cabin; rooms were hot. For 100 degrees days, 1 window a/c unit for a whole cabin is not even close to efficient or comfortable. We will not be getting a cabin again.」

「So the parking was a bit hard to find because it was down a side alleyway. When we got inside, none of the beds had sheets on them and the linens in the dryer were still a bit damp. I texted the host but got no response. There was brown stains on the memory foam mat in the kitchen and spider webs in the bathroom that we had to clean. I later called the host because the WiFi password wasn’t listed in the welcome book as written in the Evolve email. You cannot access the bedroom TV at the same...

「The property had spectacular 360 degree views of the river. We enjoyed everyday of our stay and finished the final day with a family reunion cookout. 「Nice property however needs a deep cleaning….refrigerator, under beds, sticky floors, and ceiling fan definitely needs attention. Nice area. The dining area antique table and chairs are not comfortable…the rest of the couches and chairs are good…lots of room and nice game room.」

「Lovely spotless cottage close to river access, newly and thoughtfully renovated. Very well equipped! We enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor shower, spacious indoor rooms and sunrise/sunsets from the porch. Very responsive owners. Hope to come back!」
