「The power went out only 2-6 floors at 11:20 pm and they got it back 3:30 am. The rug was filthy like it has not been cleaned in years. The mini fridge was full off condensed iced so it was not cooling.」

「I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately, I was not happy with my stay at this hotel. The hotel seemed to be very short-staffed, and my room was not cleaned every day. The staff were nice and friendly, but because there were not enough employees, the overall cleanliness and service were disappointing. I hope management can improve the staffing situation and provide better housekeeping in the future.」
