Room was clean and spacious. Air conditioning worked great. Day staff was good. The night front desk person was downright mean. When I asked for a microwave before the breakfast bar was open he showed passive aggression by closing the cabinets very loudly and muttering under his breath. My son was with me and I felt bad that he had to go through that.

Only 2 luggage carts available for the whole hotel. Upon departure none were available. Also had to leave a day early for illness and would not refund the extra night.
