"Great property, the arcades were a huge hit with the older kids and adults. The only issue we had was with the 2 year olds, the stair cases being open and steep were a concern."

"Hotel was amazing. Empty, steak house, coffee shop and others weren't open and lounge closed early but huge hotel and amazing stay."

"The (cigarette) smoke smell throughout the hotel was offensive to me. The tiny bathroom (in our room) was in disrepair. Hole in tub/shower unit, stains on ceiling above (including mold) from previous leak. And, the toilet would suit a 5 year old - very short. Continental breakfast fairly minimal, though coffee was available. (Thank you) Staff was friendly"

"I frequently use this property and the whole staff is very friendly and helpful. They treat me like family"

"The staff was friendly and helpful with check in and gave extra towels when needed we were a little disappointed the hot tub was out of service but we will definitely stay again!"

"Older property, good staff, plenty of breakfast, coffee was very good. It could use some updating."

"Good affordable"
