「Room was not equipped, we had to go ask for items normally in rooms (ice buckets, cups, hair dryer, ironing board, etc.). Maybe they have had issues with loosing items in the past. The room provided what we needed, a place to stay for the night on Route 66 trip.」

「The pool was indoor yet too cold to swim, the hot tub is filled in for a garden, the sauna was not working. Room was very old and mattress was like laying on springs. Ceiling had alot of dried water damage and I found bugs in the bathroom. Staff were very nice and kind. Wouldn't recommend this stay. Id give it 1 star.」

「Our room was full of dust which I am allergic. I informed the front desk that I was affected by it, so they sent a person to clean it. Did not offer a different room. Cleaning made the black dust all over the ceiling coming from the vents look better but didn’t help my reaction. The lady told me to take Benadryl! The entire time I was there I had to ask for shampoo and conditioner samples because the bottles in the bathroom was empty. I am very disappointed and this was a waste of money and time...

「The room was nice and the food was amazing, breakfast was great as well. My only issue was I had booked a handicapped accessible bathroom and did not get one. They were not able to change up my room as they gave it to another person in our group that was not needing that type of room. 」

「We checked in. And within the hour checked out. It smelled like cat urine, mildew and smoke. Stairwells looked like it belonged in an inner city housing project complex. Notice on the desk stated locals that were staying required a 100$ deposit, makes you wonder if they offer by the hour rates. The staff made everyone in the entire party of 4 uncomfortable and unsafe. 」

「Lots of maintenance needed in the room I stayed in. Bathroom sink that didn’t drain well. Holes in the window curtains. Upholstered chair that had seen better days long, long ago. Cigarette burns in the shower stall. Kind of a mess! 」

「Breakfast was basic but good. Rooms clean and huge. Wish it had a hot tub but overall super great property. Close to lots of food as well. 」
