Nice employees, horrible hotel

I was there for four nights for a business trip. The employees were incredibly kind. Unfortunately, the hotel itself needs dramatic updates, not only aesthetically but with infrastructure such as plumbing and HVAC. My AC was overwhelmingly loud for the the first 3 days and then barely worked the last day. Inside the drawers were dirty and had clearly not been cleaned. It smelled mildewy and just a general lack of cleanliness.

The people working there were great, including the owners of the property. My only complaint was there was a milk in the refrigerator and a half empty water bottle on the table, making me wonder if the unit was cleaned after the last customer left.

The staff was completely disrespectful. The rating was a 8 it should’ve been a 1 they were rude and not present. I stay in a lot of hotels and just started using this app to book and there is a good chance this is the last time I ever use it it was absolutely missing leading and terrible.

I wanted a disability roomand it was on the ground floor,and handrails but on expedia i marked needed a roll in shower or walk in shower which this motel doesn't have, so something was miss represented, but in all it was clean plenty of parking and quiet other than the shower it was a nice place

I did not even stay there. I rented this hotel for my daughter for an emergency. She did not show up and I was still charged over $100 for incidentals off of my card which I did not authorize and nobody even stayed at the hotel. I've never heard of a hotel whose incidentals are more than the cost of the stay. It was absolutely ridiculous and rude, never even step foot in the

Took 20 minutes plus to check in, normal check-in, I’ve dealt with on the regular basis five minutes maybe 10 minutes tops, and the breakfast needs to improve gravy for the biscuits was too water down.

Took nearly an hour to check in with a line of 3 people because the front desk was so disorganized and inefficient. Front desk personnel was more inclined to complain about other guests and deflect criticism than attempt to expedite check-ins. No elevator leading to the 2nd floor, so we had to lug up all our luggage.

It took a 1/2 hour to get checked in. They took out our money on Wednesday before we checked in on Friday. We had to ask for another room because the first one was not clean and smelled. 2nd one was still questionable. You get what you pay for. The lady at the front desk seemed like she was having a bad day. I’m in customer service and I understand but along with the place smelling like marijuana she was aggressive and not a nice customer service person. The sheet on the bed had a stain from i don’t know what on it and i was not a fan of this hotel. 2/10
