「We checked in and went to our room. As always we went right into our room and pulled the sheets back to check cleanliness. One bed was ok. The other bed had crumbs and a very old looking napkin in the middle of the bed under top sheet. Went down to desk and complained. The staff apologized and gave us new room, which seemed to be clean. We slept well. The overall cleanliness of this hotel is not good. We did not eat breakfast there because of that. 」
