"This hotel is always immaculate. The staff are very welcoming and professional. This is the only place I stay in the Richmond area "

He finally did find it after 5 - 10 minutes. I have never had this happen to me in any of my traveling. He never did say what the issue was. Other than that the room was nice and it was clean.
