「The breakfast was one of the best continental breakfast we had during our trip; eggs were fresh (not powder) and sausages were super good. Customer service needs improvement. Seems like they were having a rough night with other customers. No warm, friendly greeting when we arrived, and when we sent or kids downstairs to get more towels, they had them waiting for a long time.
