「Breakfast options were scarce 」

「While checking in I had to wait 45 mins just to check in because there was no one at the front desk. The first room we were assigned to had German roaches in the room and we had to get moved to the other side of the hotel after being offered to get moved right next door where we literally saw a German roach. I was disappointed in this property.」

「Room was clean and so was hotel. Good location as well. However, breakfast was not free which I thought it was, so that was a little misleading. Also, parking was a headache. Parking was not free, 11.50 per day and I had to go online thru some website to sign in to pay for it. Hard to do and was unnecessary and unanticipated. Also, wifi was hard to sign in as well. Hilton should be better.」

「子供二人を含めて５人の予約をしていたつもりでしたが、ダブルベットが２つだけで、ソファがなく簡易ベットもなかった。狭いのがちょっと気になった。子供は床に寝ていた。ちなみに昨年泊まった近くのホテルの方が広くて朝食も美味しかった。」

「Great staff and nice and quiet. Had everything needed except there were storage bowl lids but no storage bowls lol. The only issue was the door didn’t close all the way unless you kind of lifted it and pulled it shut so it could be easy to leave your room door ajar if you weren’t careful. Otherwise, this was my second time staying and will definitely stay again. 」

「The room was clean but maintenance needed to be attended to, one side of the drape rod was broken so it hung down and lot of drape and sheer curtains needed hooks to hold in place, big hole in screen, and broken lamp. The biggest disappointment was when we entered building to check in and highly smelled of pot and this a non smoking property. The staff was friendly and room attendant was extremely helpful. Everything that you would need is all around this property. They just need more attention...

「Staff was in a rush, a bit sharp in conversation. No "drink upon arrival" as advertised. They didn't provide a robe/ person. We were short one robe, despite having to enter the hall to access the bathroom. No hair conditioner offered. The breakfast was pretty normal weekend fare (scrambled eggs with cheese, French toast with sandwich-sized bread), fresh fruit cup. No extra food offered on table.」

「House was very nice to stay at and the host was very accommodating towards my family. Distance to our kids location was an issue, but that was due to the vrbo website not the host. 」

「We had an Amazing stay at The Cozy River View House. Monica the Host was very responsive and communication was great before, during and after our trip which made things so much easier for us with our stay. The pictures do not do this place justice and the setting was absolutely perfect! Plenty of things to enjoy while at the house, with a lot of amenities present. The porch or dock for sunrise morning coffee and or the kitchen window was so peaceful. A nice covered fire ring for a fire, beach...

「 Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. 」

「An off-putting first message started my stay off on a bad foot. Host was not welcoming in the least and instead launched into a laundry list of rules that needed to be followed. While I understand it’s necessary information to divulge to a guest, it’s a turn-off when it’s the first interaction. I was actually staying at the property because my own STR (in which I live) was being rented, so I’m not unfamiliar with the business side of this. The townhouse is okay.
