「Great customer service. I will be returning!」

「This place was so beautiful and peaceful! We went during rainy season and it was still soo pleasant! The greenery around the hotel was beautiful! We also felt very safe because they didn’t just let anyone come in after hours. It’s very peaceful walking around! The breakfast from the menu was the best! The buffet breakfast is okay. The staff was very helpful also and it was very clean! We have a great view of the volcano (when it decided to reveal itself) from our room」

「Restaurant was good 」

「Absolutely amazing property. Such nice staff and everything was so clean and tidy. I really like that. There were multiple hot tubs instead of just one big hot tub, and the spa was really nice! I definitely suggest going in the off-season, it was quiet and very calm!」

「Buen desayuno, personal muy amable. Bonito lugar.」
