However as long term members of Hotels.com and returning guest I would have thought that would have been acknowledged and rewarded by a discount in the fee. The hotel staff were very friendly and the room very comfortable after a long 19 hour flight from NYC. "

"The property is clean, the room is capacious, with almost all the necessity amenities. I was disappointed because of no microwave. Also, little bit away from the city center, which mean you have to take public transport to almost everything. "

"Nice basic hotel by the Singapore river. Staff were friendly, though the process there is very automated (love it or hate it, I personally am a fan), there is still some discretion. The "loft" style rooms are a bit divisive, I thought they were okay for one person but if it had been two of us staying there, it would for example have been a bit annoying to get out of bed on one side."
