Hotel is centrally located and quite close to a lot of the historical sites. While the hotel is a little old, rooms are quite well maintained and they are very good size. Staffs are very good in answering questions.

The hotel is located near the central district, and famous historic spots like ‘Largo do Senado’ and the ‘Ruínas de São Paulo’ are within walking distance. It also features a great pool area, a fitness center, and three restaurants. The gym area is quite impressive with a lot of equipment compared to other hotels. Rooms are spacious with spotless bathrooms. While the exterior of the building looks a bit dated, the interior facilities are well-maintained and clean. Good service and friendly staff!

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Lobby is well designed and smells strongly of fragrance. The hallways of the rooms definitely had a musky smell to them unfortunately. I didn’t really enjoy how my room looked like - their rooms definitely could use a style update. Some of the finishes in my bathroom were loose and flimsy. I had a city view and it was okay - pretty boring to look at during the day but it gets pretty at night when the lights of the other buildings nearby turn on. Breakfast on the 6th floor was filling. It’s a buffet style and they have various options to help you get started with your day exploring Macau. Location wise - it’s pretty walkable to restaurants and shops. Senado Square is less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel. While I enjoyed the hospitality of the staff of this hotel, I’d probably look into other places first before coming back. The price you pay for one night is just not really worth it for what you get!

Hotel is centrally located in the main city of Macau with many great foods within a few mins but if you are into gambling and the casino strip then this is not for you. I love it because I am not interested in casinos. It’s a little bit run down and old compare to the glam new casinos.

The breakfast buffet and lunch buffet were excellent. Our server Luisa was most helpful and provided travel tips that were invaluable. Allan, in the concierge area was also helpful. Although the hotel is on the older side, the renovations are well done and the detailing (I.e, paintings, carved wood finishes, lobby centrepieces, etc.) are all top notch.

The room and bathroom was huge. Everything was impa ably clean. Breakfast options were extensive and there were multiple restaurants nearby and a bustop the ran directly to the Cotai Strip. Loved it. Would definitely stay again.
