「We’re family of 3 checking into this flat at night and it was a little scary as the neighborhood looked run down and dark. The entrance of the building as well as the hallways leading to the flat was also dark and run down, with motion activated lights which annoyingly turned off after 5 seconds. Unfortunately, this flat is on the top (3rd) floor and with the recent heat wave, the place was like a sauna. We opened the ceiling windows and it helped a little bit; but without fans it was...

The apartment is in a lovely area. I particularly enjoy the two big smart TVs in the lounge and bedroom when staying. The powerful hot shower. The peacefulness of the isolated apartment gives you maximum chance to relax. I look forward to returning once again in the future. 」

「Pet friendly but small」

「The cottage is in a great location, only a 2 minute walk into the town. The hot tub was lovely and private. All rooms were clean and tidy, with enough room for 3 couples. It’s very dog friendly, and highly recommend for anyone who is looking to stay in Bakewell! 」

「Before we arrived, Bethan & James messaged us with details of the flat and a local guide to the area which was really appreciated! Once we had arrived they also checked in on us to make sure everything was okay which made us feel really welcome. Communication was smooth and quick. The flat itself was beautifully decorated and felt really homely. There was basic amenities like tea, coffee, cling film, toiletries, ice which came in very handy! The location was walking distance to town, caverns and...
