With 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 pristine bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and a rooftop terrace, this home is perfect for a group looking to enjoy luxury urban living near the neighborhood’s best attractions.

As soon as you enter, the tasteful décor and open-concept layout provide a calming yet energizing atmosphere to help you enjoy every moment of your stay.

You will have no shortage of areas to rest and relax. Enjoy a spa-like experience in the updated bathrooms with walk-in showers and a soaking tub. Chill out in the two separate living areas, or get some fresh air on the balcony or rooftop terrace. Our guests will have access to a two-car attached garage and the entire townhouse, including the main level balcony and roof-top patio. In addition, we offer self-check-in/check-out for maximum independence and privacy.

The Neighborhood:
LoHi is an ideal location to explore all that Denver, and the surrounding area, has to offer. You are a stone’s throw away from great eateries, like Avanti, Little Man Ice Cream, and Zuni Street Brewing Co. Just a few miles away are some of Denver’s best attractions, including Highlands Square, Sloan Lake, the Downtown Aquarium, Elitch Gardens, Coors Field, Union Station, and other popular neighborhoods including RiNo, Berkeley, Sunnyside, and Downtown Denver.

Walk 10 minutes south to reach Highland Bridge. This pedestrian-only walkway goes over I-25 and is directly connected to Downtown Denver where you can easily reach Confluence Park, Coors Field, Union Station, and the 16th Street Mall.

Looking to recharge in the mountains? Hop onto I-70 and you can experience breathtaking hikes and views within an hour. One of Colorado's main draws is Rocky Mountain National Park, which makes for a great day trip. Drive a little over an hour through a dramatic canyon for a day of hiking, sightseeing, and wildlife viewing. Depending on your destination, skiing is 1-3 hours away. Locals head to Echo Mountain, Eldora (near Boulder), or Loveland (near Georgetown) for a more low-key experience. We're also within a few hours of Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain.

This location is the perfect jumping-off point for exploring the best of Denver and the Rockies! But, of course, it's impossible to see everything in one visit, so we look forward to hosting you again after you fall in love with Mile High Life.

Getting Around:
If you've never been to Denver, getting oriented is easy. The Rocky Mountains are to the West, and Downtown is East of where you will be staying. I-70 West will take you into the mountains and straight to the ski areas, while I-70 East intersects with I-25 to access Fort Collins to the North and Colorado Springs to the South. The 36 takes you to Boulder and eventually the Rocky Mountain National Park gateway towns of Lyons and Estes Park.

Denver is a highly walkable city. In addition to nearby Highland and Berkeley, the RiNo Art District and LoDo (Lower Downtown) are excellent choices for strolling. Prefer to do your exploring on two wheels? Grab a B-Cycle and get pedaling! For those without a car, we recommend utilizing Uber or Lyft. Premier attractions such as City Park, Denver Zoo, and Denver Botanic Gardens are a short, inexpensive ride away. Get exploring!

Great location, excellent accommodations

This townhouse was perfect for our friends and family to gather to celebrate a birthday. Super easy to get to downtown Denver via Uber or walking. The place was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The rooftop patio was awesome with great views of the Denver skyline. Management was very prompt and professional with all of our questions and requests. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area with a larger group!

Wonderful family visit to Denver for Thanksgiving

This townhome was the perfect spot for our family to stay for Thanksgiving week. It is in a wonderful neighborhood and within walking distance to many restaurants and bars, and close to grocery store as well. We chose this location because we were able to walk to our nephew's house, who was hosting Thanksgiving. The Townhouse was perfect for our group of 7 adults. It was clean, bedding was comfortable, and the unit was stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen, especially, was incredibly well stocked and clean.

Outstanding townhome in Denver!

This place is excellent - we rented to be near our son who lives nearby and brought our family of 9 others. Plenty of space, excellent kitchen and living area, games and televisions for all areas, bathrooms perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and found it to be exactly what we were looking for! Walkable to restaurants and maybe the best Dim Sum we've had just down the street! Thank you!

Great Experience

Terrific location with great restaurants, shops and bars in easy walking distance. The management company was flexible and great to deal with and communicated promptly and courteously. The unit was spacious and the layout was ideal for our purposes.

Stayed here with a group of six women. The house and location were perfect! Loved the kitchen and the rooftop was our favorite place to be. Might need to replace a mattress or two, but overall a fantastic place to stay!

Chillin’ in LoHi

Stayed here for our annual guy’s baseball trip. House was excellent and in a great neighborhood. Well appointed with every amenity you would need. Roof top patio has a nice view and was a great spot to hang out. Price was right and communication with property mgr. was great. Easy check in/out process. Highly recommend.
