The room was clean. Hotel staffs are very nice. Location is not the most convenient. It is located in the industrial area which is about 10 mins from the Kowloon Bay MTR Stn, the MegaBox and the Kai Tak Shopping Malls.

The room is good, clean but the condition a bit "old" and not every room has smart TV... I think every room got smart TV in a hotel room is basics in 2025...

Not very convenient if you depend of walking to get to the hotel carrying with luggage. The view from the room was not pleasant, it was directed to a floor with air conditioning vents. Comfortable to stay the night only

Big rooms and good room service building itself seems to have a moisture issue the water smelled like algae and it always seemed to have a damp smell... rooms are in great shape and room service is prompt... location requires bus service to its hit or miss... you get what you pay for

Surrounding areas are OK. It was strange that that the air conditioning and air purifier were turned on 24x7. We had issue with high humidity of the original room and the situation was not improved when we changed to a different one.

The property is dated and needs to perform more regular maintenance to their rooms. Also, they should offer dehumidifier to individual room during summer and raining season. It rained the night before our last day, our bedding were damp the whole time even with full blast AC.
