"We are from Florida and Hotel Captain Cook really stood out for us. We arrived later in day, wonderful staff checked us in, and then we headed to the rooftop restaurant for an appetizer and drink. Highly recommend this hotel for comfort and a cozy experience. "

"Pool deck area was dirty and unsanitary (trash, used band aids, visibly soiled towels lying on the floor!) Also there were no pool towels available even if I’d opted to enter the pool. Lobby, breakfast atea and hallways were very cold. Room appeared to be fairly clean and functional. Front desk staff were pleasant but also freezing (wearing parka and had space heater). "

"Rooms felt dirty, descriptions on Expedia are not accurate. No pool, gym at location nothing stated that you had to walk across -5 degrees for pool or gym. Also the wanted to charge money to clean the room. Also we had to change rooms due to develop a huge itchy all over."

"First i wouldn't have picked this hotel if i knew it was going through renovations. The rooms were run down and i had to ask multiple times to get my room cleaned and ask for toilet paper. This is probably the worse of the marriott properties i have stayed at"
