The Space:

This thoughtfully designed studio includes:

-Queen-size bed with premium bedding

-Full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, cookware)

-Full bathroom with tub and shower

-Smart TV + high-speed WiFi

-Elegant Art Deco design with modern finishes

-Located on the 2nd floor, stair access only (no elevator)

Ideal for solo travelers, couples, or business stays in the heart of the city.

Guest Access:

You’ll have full private access to the studio. Paid laundry is available on-site (shared). Self-check-in is provided via smart lock. Parking is available via metered street parking or across the street at the Diamond Parking Lot (5th & D).

Anchorage’s historic core is at your doorstep — explore the Anchorage Mushing District, dine at local favorites, or walk to the waterfront. This location offers unbeatable access to downtown attractions, arts venues, and outdoor adventures.



Getting Around:

Most guests enjoy walking to nearby spots, but rideshare, and bike rentals are readily available. Paid parking options include nearby meters and a Diamond Parking lot just across the street.



Other Things to Note:

We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.

Host responded immediately to phone calls. Unable to get wifi working but was unnecessary during our stay (cellular data worked well). Thin walls but ear plugs provided. Walking around downtown felt safe for two females even with presence of homeless (was never accosted). Recommend paying the parking deck fees to avoid towing/getting snowed in on street from road plows.
