"Staff was friendly. I arrived at 3pm and my room type was not available yet, so they offered me a double room. I waited for the king room I paid for. It was worth the wait. The room was clean and large. Amenities were hit and miss. The pool is unheated so was very cold. The cable machine in the exercise room was broken. They do not have an exercise bike or elliptical; only the cable machine, free weights, stepper, and treadmill. Breakfast was good and the room was clean. Hotel is a bit isolated in the railroad area. However, I was there during Fur Rondy celebration. The snow block carvings were directly across the street and neat to see."

"We enjoyed our stay from the day we checked in til the day we checked out. The staff were amazing and helpful whenever we needed help. The only issue we had was the WiFi connection. It would go off here and there, but besides that everything was great!! We would definitely come back!!! "

"Room layout was strange. Big center island separates the room but it blocks tv viewing from the couch side. Light switches are located where a headboard would be so accidental switching them on while sleeping can happen. Large mirror runs along the entire wall where a headboard would be. Sitting up on the bed had me leading on the mirror or on those light switches. "

"Great updates to all furnishings throughout, staff are very friendly, and prices have gone through the roof. Would love to stay again, will have to wait for a discount or deal before that happens."
