"By far, one of my favorite locations to stay patio area was a good surprise perfect view of the lake. I would be careful because the grass is very moist and there’s many geese for your pets to chase the dogs. Love running around mostly fenced in except for the lake area so do you keep an eye on your pets dogs next-door were very friendly. The bed in the master bedroom amazing I love the theme and changing the temperature of the house was very easy I would stay here again. The road is bumpy right but it is worth the location area. Also if you’re looking to stay on the west Livingston area. although the website does say, West Livingston, it is East Livingston."

"Everything was absolutely perfect! Richard and Carol have thought of every little detail to make our visit special, from the variety utensils in the kitchen to the welcoming bedrooms and the range of outdoor settings, our Thanksgiving stay was amazing. We paddled out to see the sunset from the middle of the lake at Richard's suggestion and it was just as described. We will definitely go back sometime."

"What a perfect little cottage! We had everything we needed. The lake was gorgeous, took a drive to Martin Dies Jr. state park for a hike through some awesome scenery. The host was wonderful, filled us in on the best eats in town. Highly recommended!"
