"We enjoyed this property a lot. The host responded to us quickly and it was clean. It was nice to have a kitchen and somewhere to relax. Unfortunately we came there because it listed laundry under the amenities--specifically including the dryer. When we arrived we were charged to use the washer and there was no dryer. "We absolutely loved every aspect of our stay at Novotel Cusco. The location is unbeatable. The hotel is within easy walking distance of everything in Cusco's historic center, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. There are also several excellent restaurants just 1–2 minutes away. The breakfast was outstanding. I always look for hotels with an excellent breakfast. The room was, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation."

"The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay. When we arrived, we were helped by a bellhop who held the doors open, carried our luggages, and assisted us to our hotel room. The front desk was very friendly explaining all of the hotel services (e.g., Wi-Fi password, complimentary teas and filtered water refilling station, breakfast, etc.). The hotel room was very clean and spacious. The beds were large and comfortable with lots of overhead and nightstand lighting. The bathrooms were very clean with shampoo and hot water in the showers. The hotel's restaurant was also exceptional with great variety, quality, and presentation of food."
