Excellent staff - very helpful and nice, and arraigned our ride to the airport which worked flawlessly. Great water pressure and hot shower. Great towels. Really good breakfast included; much better than the free breakfast that is typically included at American hotels. Room was quiet (back side of hotel, not on Main Street). Was also nice that the lobby had a water bottle filler. Location is good too, just a 10 minute walk to main plaza.

This is a nice hotel in Cusco with good central location. The room was clean & has good breakfast buffet. It’s only 10 minutes walk to main square so it’s not on a noisy area. Special shout out to Kris & Emilio in the front desk for all their help with easy check-in and check-out. They also arranged taxi for the airport upon my request. They don’t provide body lotion or shower cap in the bathroom so bring your own. Overall great stay and would come back again.
