The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and had the best information about the city.
I recommend staying here as it is elegant, clean and a fantastic price.
This was a great splitting the difference between paying 80 or 100 a night or all of the really horrible 20 and $30 a night experience as I had. Clean room. Clean shower. Warm water. Decent breakfast walkable to the mall. Cheap cab ride to anywhere else you want to go.
Nice hotel, beds are a bit hard for confort, personnel is really helpful and easy going!
If you book an activity early in the morning don’t forget to tell the hotel staff because they lock you inside the hotel at night witch I think is REALLY unsafe in case of a fire or any other emergency.
The hotel offered great value for money.
The property is not new, but maintained properly.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is of limited but sufficinet variety with cheese meat, cheese and fruits as well as excellent juices.
the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, it is to be noted, that the property is not in the historic center of Cusco (Plaza Mayor), but you can reach this place for ca 10 Sol and all the tour operators pick you up in this hotel.
I would stay there again.
Agustos Cusco hotel was perfectly adequate. However, I requested an airport pickup which didn't actually show until I called them directly and I overheard a "concha su madre" as I was hanging up). Moreover, the pick up was double the price of an uber, required cash and then tried to upcharge me by changing the listed price. The hotel should simply tell customers to request an Uber outside the airport.
Another downside was that the hotel is a not particularly close to the main city center (perhaps 30 minute walk).

Disliked: Amenities
Absolutely phenomenal staff! Truly helpful! On the day when the trains towards Machu Picchu stopped running, they quickly found us an excellent driver! Clean! Comfortable! Relatively close to the airport. A pizza place (Marengo) nearby was really great. Would go back again next visit and will recommend to friends.
Uniek is de plaats van het hotel en goede kwaliteit van het personeel service gericht en attent.

We stayed here after our flight from Cusco to Lima was cancelled. We were looking for something cheap and close to the airport with decent reviews which is exactly what we found. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating of our late check-in. The bed was a bit stiff and the toiletries were questionable (looked like the bottles were refilled and reused - luckily I bring my own), but other than that, a decent stay for the price.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. It is a middle of the road place to stay. The location was on the edge of the city so we took a cab into the center of Cusco. The breakfast that was included was good. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. They were all helpful and very courteous.
I booked Hotel Agustos last minute because it was on the list of hotels that the tour company offers pickup from. The hotel exceeded my expectations for about $45/night. The rooms and bathrooms were way nicer, cleaner, and comfortable compared to other places I have stayed at in Peru.
If you are coming from the US and expect a certain standard without paying through the nose, this is a great option.
Hot Water: Yes, it works all day everyday. Water pressure is great. No issues whatsoever.
Room & Bed: Comfortable, clean
Heating: They gave me a free space heater for my stay, which was a god send, since it was winter in cusco.
Location: Safe, but nothing amazing to walk to. About 10 min taxi ride (5 soles) to Plaza de Armas.
Staff: Very friendly staff who helped me out with small things like calling taxis, tour guide, etc.
Restaurant: Above average menu and professional waiters.
Wi-Fi: Both hotel lobby and room had it. No problem with speed at all.
Currency exchange: hotel lobby has it, with about the same exchange rate as in the bank.
I usually don't write reviews, but wanted to write a review for this hotel as they made sure it was a comfortable stay for me.
