「Super clean and staff are amazing,」

「Ran out of water a few times and very very limited hot water. There was mold in a couple of the showers. Very very nice people running the place and they all spoke English well. 」

「No hot water available and location is not convenient. When you leave you have to give keys to front desk and one time there was no one who answer buzzer to let us in for several minutes. Frustrating.」

「This is a beautiful, spacious, multi-level property in a great location in Cusco. The cleaners came several times during our stay (offered to come everyday) and someone came every night to start a fire in the fireplace as it gets cool in the evenings. We enjoyed interacting with them, despite the language barrier. Laundry service is available for a very reasonable fee, for which we were very thankful.
