"Will stay again"

"Room was nice sized and the ac was great. Mini fridge didn't get super cold. Mattress was very firm. Pillows were lacking. Staff was friendly, but our room never got cleaned over our 4 day stay. Had to ask for towels and trash bin bags. They were delivered promptly. The property is nice. The pool and hot tob were well kept. "

"Casino and hotel were both very clean. Staff was very personable and courteous. Spa was great, enjoyed a massage and facial! The West Pool needed to be cleaned as lots of little gnats, birds poo, and clumps of hair floating around. Stay away from the Blue Coyote Cantina. Food was very mediocre. Everywhere else the food was pretty good!"

"Overall a really nice place to stay. Room was nice and clean. My only knock is that the service around the main pool area could be much better. Alex was great. Other servers at the pool were attitudinal. Zuzu has great food."

"Room needed repair. Fan in bathroom was loose and see and made noise C when on. Rug was unraveling. Cabinet covering material coming loose. The breakfast the first morning apples had soft spots all over them. Second morning, the pastry seemed to be the leftovers from the day before. And the oranges had brown spots and were hard and there was no yogurt like the morning before. We ended up going down the road to get breakfast for the children. The day we checked in the motel room we had the refrigerator was broken, and the bathroom light flicked off on. The lady who was the desk clerk, was very gracious and immediately got us a different room, which I thought was very courteous. Don’t think that we will go there again."
