「Beautiful apartment view a large terrace overlooking the sea. The place was spotless. We arrived late, but the check-in process was well communicated. I would definitely recommend it!」

「Very good」

Check-in is at a completely different address several blocks away, which was unclear in the app, so I had to walk some distance with my bags to find it. The staff were very sweet and they drove me back to the apartment after check in. Check out procedure is also vague, I dropped off the key cards, then emailed to confirm that was all I had to do, but have yet to receive a response. Unclear if the problem is with the Hotels.com...
