「Food was bad and overcooked Servers on floor scarce 」

「The room was clean and spacious. Our sink was clogged and because we got into our room quite late we didn’t report it until the morning. Breakfast was good - and hot! They kept everything well stocked and clean」

「Check in was quick. Room keys worked great. Very clean room and bathroom. Pillows were fluffy and comfortable. Mattress was firm and also comfortable. Microwave, refrigerator, and Keurig in the room was great to have! Dove products in the bathroom was also a lovely surprise. The Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. Sausage was tasty and not cheap tasting. Orange juice in sealed cartons for easy transport if you like to eat in your room. Elevator next to lobby. Check out was also very quick....

「I loved the simplicity yet elegant decor. Great location, right across the street from slopes. Few min drive to shops and restaurants. The bar/grill attached was very convenient with good food. The room and bathroom were very clean. Great place to stay. 」

「現地にスタッフが不在で、入室方法がメッセージで届く。それ自体は問題はないが、hotel.comのメッセージは外出先でエラーが出て読むことが出来ず、電話もつながらず、到着時に大変苦労した。また、wifiの電源がたびたび切れて、きちんと設備が維持されているとはいえなかった。 」

「Hotel is beautiful, clean and property is lovely overlooking the lake. Bartender and restaurant hostess were miserable. There was no boutique or store for items, pharmaceuticals etc. No pharmacies or stores close by, so an opportunity for forgotten items or needed pharmacy items would have been convenient at the front desk.」

「田舎町のホテルで期待してませんでしたが、快適にすごせました。bathtubがあれば最高でしたが、とくに不満はありません。近くには、Bob Evansくらいしかないので、夕食後のチェックインをおすすめします。 」

「Everything was great!」

「First thing, I pulled into the parking lot and the overall look of the premises looks like a shelter, unkept Secondly, the building smells like an animal shelter and an old ashtray. Thirdly, the people that are staying in the hotel are very questionable. Fourth, at this point I’m questioning my family’s safety? The complimentary breakfast was not the greatest, cold boiled eggs, hard bagels, very bruised bananas. The room was ok, clean sheets & towels, I guess that was the only decent thing....
